Early life
Aziz Ismail Ansari was born on 23rd February 1983 in Columbia South Carolina, the United States of America. He was raised in a Muslim home in Bennettsville, South Carolina. His father, Shoukath, is a gastroenterologist and his mother, Fatima, is a gynecologist. Both of his parents participated in the first two seasons of Master of None and in that way they showed their son that they are supportive of him. Ansari has one brother which whom he grows up, and he is also an actor. Aziz had high-school education in two schools. He started his schooling in Marlboro Academy and later on he continued in the South Carolina Governor’s School for Mathematics. Afterward, he got a degree in a New York University Stern School of Business.
Career
Aziz Ansari started his career in New York, as a standup comedian while he was on a college. In that time he began to create his comedy content. After the two seasons of Human Giant in which he had a lot of success, he got various opportunities. Aziz got a role as Randy Springs in the TV show Funny People. After that he participated in the shows I love you and 30 Minutes Less.
In January 2010 showed up his first comedy special named Intimate Moments for a Special Evening, and on March 2012 he released the show Dangerously Delicious on his website. The massive success of these two shows made Aziz to produces other shows such as Buried Alive, Live at Madison Square Garden. He also did a voice-over in a couple of animated films such as Epic and What’s your number. Aziz Ansari took a role of Dev Shah in hit series Master of None. Later he directed a couple of these series together with his younger brother Adam and Alan Yang. The film series had excellent critics and has a lot of fame. The Master of Fame brought him 4 Emmy Rewards nominations and a Peabody Award. His 2nd season of the show was very well received and got him certification 100% fresh by Rotten Tomatoes.
From 2009 till 2015 he played Tom Haverford in NBS television series Parks and Recreation, and this role brought Aziz enormous success. It’s also important to mention that he published a book Modern Romance: An Investigation which he co-authored with Eric Kilnenberg.

In January 2018 Aziz had a bad situation in his life. The self-acclaimed feminist accused Aziz of inappropriate sexual behaviors and sexual misconduct. A woman using pseudonym “Grace” posted online these accusations.
