Via UB reports:
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper is catching a lot of heat over a comment he recently made at a Kenny Chesney concert where he yelled out the “N-Word” in the midst of a conversation and was caught on camera doing so. Riley Cooper has since apologized for using the racial slur and is taking some time away from the team to undergo counseling.
While his teammates appear to be split on how they feel about the wide receiver’s comment, Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders is giving his two cents about the situation as he had a few things to say about the Riley Cooper controversy. The former NFL star took to his Twitter account and spoke on the backlash Riley Cooper has been receiving over his use of the “N-Word” and he feels people are being too judgmental of Riley as they probably use the word themselves.
