A cell phone video recovered by police reportedly featured 3 workers at a Dover area daycare center encouraging 3-year-old children to brawl. According to authorities the alleged incident occurred this past March.
According to NBC 10 in Philadelphia, the license for the Hands of Our Future daycare center has been suspended pending an investigation.
Police arrested 19-year-old Tiana Harris of Dover, 21-year-old Estefania Myers of Felton, and 47-year-old Lisa Parker of Dover, on Monday, charging them with at least two counts of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and at least nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of conspiracy.

The video featured the daycare workers encouraging the children to physically fight and injure each other. One of the children was reportedly crying in the video, exclaiming,
“he’s pinching me, he’s pinching me,”
according to CBS Philly.
One of the arrested daycare workers was recorded saying,
“no pinching, only punching.” The video is not being showed to parents or being released to the public because it is considered evidence in an investigation. “I can’t ever believe in a million years. I mean I would have to see the proof to believe it,”
said a parent of a child at the daycare center Amy Bickling.
